It’s based on your lived experience and is meant to express what you desire the most. Interestingly, personal mantras are not limited to individuals.
How to pick your mantra? Pick a word or phrase that calms you. Or pick a goal you have for yourself. For example, my words are what I am working towards and the ways in which I want to see myself: ‘calm and healthy.’.
