Every mysticism spell I've come across requires at least a 25 in the skill in order to be used; however, my mysticism is only 12. I'd like to be able to create a minor spell for training up the ability, but the spell-making table won't allow me to use any spell effect that I can't already cast.

Find a mystism spell that has a really low magicka cost (or make your own if you have access to the arcane university) and just keep using it. Your level builds on the number of times you use a spell not the magnitude of it. I recommend detect life, you can probably find a low level detect life easier than any other mysticism spell

You will need to have a Mysticism skill of at least 25 to use the most basic Soul Trap spell, although you can be of any level to use Soul Trap scrolls or a weapon with a Soul Trap enchantment on it. The longer the duration of the Soul Trap spell, the better, as you will have a longer time to capture the soul.

The Genderbender Settings spell now changes the Reload INI file option to an Update Flags/Reload INI option. Clicking this doesn't just reload the ini file, but erases all Gender Pref flags from all characters set in the INI file, and then reapplies their specific flags. Did some minor changes to the effect spells.
