In 1696, one mystical rabbi (Aharon ben Moshe Ha-Kohen of Krakow) became a believer in Yeshua (Jesus) based on his study of kabbalah. He wrote three Hebrew manuscript volumes detailing the numerous parallels he found between the New Testament and the Zohar (the classic core text of Jewish mysticism).

But as far as what Christians believe, the God of the Bible can be found, by reading the Bible (such as the gospel of John in the New Testament), Not by reading occult material such as the Kabbalah. Christians and others should maintain a strong vigilance against being deceived.

The Bible is quick and powerful enough (Hebrews 4:12), without the need to resort to extra-Biblical religiosity, occult practices, or Satanism. Jesus clearly said that He was the ONLY Way to the Father (John 14:6). Kabbalah is wishy-washy and fails to present a Biblical plan of salvation through Jesus Christ. Kabbalah is of the devil.

Kabbalah is a system of beliefs that deny the Holy Bible as God's inspired Words. Kabbalah rejects Jesus as the Christ, the Messiah, the Godhead Who became incarnate (in the flesh), born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and Who died on the cross for the sins of mankind, raising up bodily from the dead three days later.

However, most other Jews who believe in Kabbalah hold that there is an aspect of God that is revealed to the world. Kabbalists speak of the first aspect of God as Ein Sof (אין סוף); this is translated as "the infinite", "endless", or "that which has no limits". In this view, nothing can be said about this aspect of God.

After the event, Ibn Kathir reports the people were divided into three groups following three different narratives; The Jacobites believing "God remained with us as long as He willed and then He ascended to Heaven"; the Nestorians believing "The son of God was with us as long as he willed until God raised him to heaven"; and the Muslims believing "The servant and messenger of God, Jesus, remained with us as long as God willed until God raised him to Himself."

The mythic structure of the Kabbalah provided many colorful answers to that question: demons and dybbuks, golems, and ghosts are all the results of misspent life energy. But the Kabbalah does not develop its ideas out of nowhere; they are part of a long history of Jewish speculation about shedim ( demons , also a word used to refer to foreign gods) and demonic personalities such as Lilith .
