  • A Novice can only cast Novice level Mysticism spells. An Apprentice can cast Apprentice and Novice level Mysticism spells. A Journeyman can cast Journeyman, Apprentice and Novice level Mysticism spells. An Expert can cast Expert, Journeyman, Apprentice, and Novice level Mysticism spells. A Master can cast all Mysticism spells.

However, the build I've gone for has given me a really crummy (15) mysticism stat. Can someone tell me where I can buy a low level detect life spell? The one I've found only becomes available at lvl 25. My plan was to craft a lower level one from the university but I guess because I can't actually cast it I can't build with it? Cheers

For conjuration-- the only novice level conjuration effects that'll work as trainer spells are some of the bound items. You can't cast the spell again until the first one has worn off, so it takes longer to train it, just because you have to cast it, then wait 15 or 20 seconds for the bound item to disappear before you can cast it again.
